How Our Exchange Service Works

If you need a different style, size, or color, we are happy to assist! If you paid shipping for your original order, exchanges with us are free of charge.

How Our Return & Refund Service Works

If you prefer a refund, returning your items is easy and hassle-free. Simply send your item back along with proof of shipping, and we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds can be requested within 30 days of your purchase date. For requests made between 31 and 45 days after purchase, you may receive a store credit for the full amount, including shipping costs. Store credits are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

Conditions for Exchanges or Returns

Items returned for exchange, replacement, or refund must be in the same brand-new condition as when you received them. Items damaged by normal wear or misuse are not considered defective. Lumierro reserves the right to deny refunds on these grounds.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, socks, lingerie, bra pads, and shapewear cannot be returned. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will refund the purchase price or replace the item where applicable.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

Use the Lumierro contact form to submit your request—whether it’s an exchange, replacement, return, or refund. You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout. [Click here to find your order number].

Follow the steps in our service portal to submit your request. Our customer care team will contact you within 24 hours to assist.

For exchanges, our sizing specialist will help you select the perfect fit before sending the replacement item.

Processing Time for Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanges: Once we receive and confirm the item to be exchanged, your replacement will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days via the original shipping method.

Refunds: It typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If it has not appeared after ten days, we recommend contacting your bank first. Please reach out to us directly if your card issuer indicates the refund was not received.

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

Orders are automatically processed within one (1) hour of confirmation.

To cancel or modify an order, submit your request within one (1) hour of order confirmation using our contact form.

Our team works diligently to deliver your products as quickly as possible. If your order has already been processed, we suggest trying the item first. If, for any reason, it does not meet your expectations, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
