How Do I Find My Order Number?
Your order number can be found in the subject line of your confirmation email. It will look something like this: #9999-XXXX.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, or search for “Order Confirmation” sent from info@lumierro.com. Once you find it, we recommend marking it as safe so future emails arrive in your inbox.
If you still can’t locate your confirmation email, visit our “Track My Order” page and select the option for help finding your order. Our customer support team will assist you within 24 hours.
Where Is My Order Shipped From?
At Lumierro, we partner with trusted global suppliers to offer high-quality products at exceptional value. Depending on availability, your order may be shipped from fulfillment centers located in the United States, Europe, or Asia.
We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Orders within Canada are typically delivered within 5–10 business days, while international orders may take 7–15 business days.
Most orders arrive sooner, but please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods such as holidays, promotional events, or due to address verification or local delays.
You will receive updates at every stage, including order confirmation, shipping details, and delivery status.
How Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order in two ways:
- Via our website: Visit the “Track My Order” page and enter your email address and order number.
- Via email: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Please note that a single order may be shipped in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
What Do the Tracking Status Updates Mean?
- Confirmed: Your order has been successfully placed. You have 1 hour to request changes or cancellation.
- Processing: Your order is being prepared (usually 1–3 business days). Changes are no longer possible.
- Shipped: Your order is on the way. You will receive a tracking link.
- Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the address provided.

- Package available for pickup
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts

Payment Issues – What Can I Do?
If your payment is not going through, please check the following:

- Confirm that you have sufficient balance available.

- Refresh the page or log out and try again.
- Try placing a new order instead of retrying the same payment.
If your payment is still declined, we recommend contacting your bank, as some institutions block international transactions for security reasons.
You can also try:

Issues with PayPal Payments
If PayPal is not working:
- Check if your account has any transaction limits.
- Ensure your billing and shipping address are in the same country.

Are Taxes Included in the Prices?
